We are the firm with the experience and knowledge of how accounting departments in private business and how public accounting firms operate. We understand the types of accounting and finance professionals that can lead a department or firm forward, and can help you find those human resources that can continue to lead your firm or company to success. We do not believe just finding people because you need them and inserting them into a role is a game that can be won – usually no one wins. You need to find the professionals with the right balance of intangible skills, industry knowledge, and willingness to work as a team, to grow personally and professionally.
That is why we have developed a system where we don’t just recruit and place professionals, then wave goodbye – like most recruiting firms. We work with those professionals seeking new or different opportunities to learn about them, get to know them on a personal and professional level to understand what makes them tick, what makes them enjoy the profession, and then we look for those opportunities that best suit the candidate and the employer.

While it would be great to place a candidate, give the employer a 30-day replacement guarantee if the placement does not work out, and then hope and pray the candidate stays for at least 31 days. This would allow the recruiter to then place your candidate somewhere else to keep making money, or we can hope they leave in 6-9 months, we apologize that they did not work out by blaming the industry and then hire you someone we think is better and charge you again.

Eric Christensen
CEO, CFO, Coach, Leader
With over 20 years’ experience as a C-Suite leader and more than 3 years as CEO building a Top 400 accounting firm in the country, Eric understands both sides of the table when it comes to recruiting, training, and retaining accounting and finance professionals. He has also been an executive coach and multi-time championship winning soccer coach, he knows what it takes to be successful and what it takes to win.

He understands that every person is unique, and that no person has the exact same toolbox of skills as the other person. He believes a strong mix of intangible and tangible skills along with the right attitude can propel anyone to the success they seek.
Eric believes that the “Way we have always done it” recruiting style of today’s recruiting firms must change and he looks forward to bringing a new vision to the recruitment and placement of accounting and finance professionals. His vision of not just recruitment and placement, but coaching, consulting and the personal satisfaction of seeing people be successful in what brings them “joy." This will lead to exponential growth in quality and long-term placements. He believes when we bring a “Row the Boat” focus on recruiting, and we row together, we will find successful accountants, and possibly future leaders, partners or owners during the process.
