We spend the time to not only learn all the ins-and-outs, of both the employer looking for help and the candidate looking for an opportunity, we work to start what we believe can be a long-term relationship/partnership. This is unlike a typical relationship with a 3rd-party recruiting firm, where a relationship starts with call and usually ends once the placement is made, and then goes cold until there is another candidate needed or another candidate looking for an opportunity.

At CPA Talent, we want to form a relationship prior to any placement, then work to strengthen it during the search process, so once a placement does take place, we can move to forming an even stronger relationship with the employer, and now the employee. We know, from years of hiring experience, that the first 90 days of an employee joining a company are crucial to the survival of the relationship between an employer and their new employee.

That is why CPA Talent stays connected to both parties not just in a casual way, but in a scheduled and planned way. Once a candidate has been placed and begins their new career, CPA Talent schedules individual meetings with both the employer (HR, direct manager, etc.) and the new employee on a weekly basis for the 1st 90 days of employment - at no additional cost. We want to be a guide on this journey, and we want to use our decades of hiring accounting and finance professionals and experience leading them as CFOs and CEOs.
