We know what accountants in industry and in CPA firms are making, and honestly, it varies greatly, and it could be 2x different even with equality of the factors above. The reason…because of the other pieces in the puzzle. Again, we have the knowledge and experience to help you through this process and ensure you are getting the value you deserve.

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT REVIEW & NEGOTIATION
We believe we have reached a point in the accounting industry where we need to put offers and expectations to paper at the time of hiring, not only to hold us all accountable, but to give the employer and the candidate a pathway to long-term success. If you are willing to do the work required and you want the opportunity to grow, then let’s put it in writing so both parties feel committed to a successful outcome.

FOCUSED ON LONG -TERM SUCCESS
We believe that getting off on the right foot on day one is a key to the perceived opportunity for success, but we all know, the long-term success really requires a proper onboarding process and integration over the first 90 days of employment. This is why for the first 90 days immediately following every placement, CPA Talent will meet once per week (for up to an hour) with both the candidate and the employer, individually, to ensure the transition and integration is going well for both parties. Again, the first 90 days of any placement is one of the most crucial times of ones’ employment, and CPA Talent wants to be a vital part of the process to ensure the candidate finds a long-term career and the employer can move their focus back to their business, and its success, with you on their team.
